 District hospital again stained, doctor accused of operating pregnant lawyer while intoxicated, death of newborn

 A doctor of the district hospital has been accused of operating a pregnant woman lawyer in an inebriated condition. It is alleged that the newborn baby has died due to the negligence of the doctor. Blade cut marks were found on the body of the infant. The relatives of the angry lawyer started a ruckus at the district hospital. On information, the police reached and pacified everyone and investigated the matter. On the other hand, in the investigation done on the allegation of family members on the doctor, it has been found that he did not drink alcohol. Faim's wife Nagma, a resident of Bus Adda Colony, Gadarpur, is an advocate in the District Court. According to Nagma's brother Ameer, Nagma was pregnant for the last 9 months and her pain started on Saturday morning. 

At around nine in the morning, the relatives brought Nagma to the district hospital. The nurses admitted Nagma to the district hospital and during that time the doctors said that the child would be normal, while at seven in the evening the doctors said that Nagma would have to be operated. The family agreed to this and the doctors operated on Nagma. Amir says that after the operation, the doctor did not tell anything and he took the newly born child directly to the ICU. After leaving the ICU after about five minutes, the doctor said that the newborn was born dead, while Nagma's relatives said that the child was born healthy. Cut marks of blood have been found in the hands, eyes and throat of the child. After this, around 10 o'clock in the night, the family members created a ruckus there and raised slogans against the health department. 

 The relatives alleged that the doctor was drunk and the newborn died due to his negligence. The relatives demanded that the medical examination of the doctor should be done. On information, the Sidkul police reached and pacified everyone and investigated the matter. After this, CO Pantnagar Tapesh Chandra also reached there. 

CO says that he is investigating the matter and will be able to say something only after investigation. The child had died in the womb, due to which the pregnant woman had to undergo an operation. During the operation, the pregnant woman was bleeding profusely and was given four units of blood. The pregnant woman has been referred to STH Haldwani.  Case filed against fiance for rape and dowry harassment

The police have started investigating the case by registering a case against the fiance of a young woman in the case of rape and dowry harassment. SSI told that a girl from Kotdwar has given Tahrir in Kotwali. In which he told that in the year 2021, his marriage was fixed with Kuldeep Singh, a resident of North Jhandicaud. After this, Kuldeep's brother talked about giving eight lakh rupees and all the dowry items on the phone. 

His family had dominated it. After three months, Kuldeep's father told on the phone that the relationship was unacceptable. Told that even after this, Kuldeep kept calling her and comforting her for marriage. During this he came on leave and called her to a hotel and raped her. After this, talking about marrying somewhere else, he refused to marry her. The girl has demanded action against the fiance. SSI said that in the case, a case has been registered against Kuldeep in related sections of forcibly having physical relations with the girl and demanding dowry.
